His focus, strong human forward, business acumen & corporate financial expertise have enabled him to consistently over-achieve business goals in his previous finance executive national and global scope. Demonstrating creativity and commitment to sustainability, Bertrand has led a multidisciplinary international team of seasoned leaders to deploy a multi year strategy achieving ambitious Net Zero CO2 emission reductions.

Mathieu Desrosiers, P. Eng.

Results-oriented leader with over a decade of industrial experience in engineering, Mathieu leds, implemented, and optimized complex mechanical and electrical systems. As the Co-founder, CTO, and COO at Terseo Energies Inc., Mathieu is currently championing the integration of plasma-assisted pyrolysis technology in renewable clean fuel industry.

His expertise spans project development, team management, risk assessment, and digital transformation, honed through previous senior roles at Bombardier Aviation, Airbus Helicopters, and as Chief Technology Officer for a public organization.

Employee training and motivation are paramount for him. His management style is based on respect and commitment. 

Mathieu hold a degree in Mechatronics and Embedded Systems from Switzerland engineering school HES-SO and he is a licensed Professional Engineer in Quebec's province.

As VP of AI and Data Strategy, he spearheads the integration of advanced AI technologies into sustainable energy initiatives. He leads the design and implementation of our data and AI infrastructure to secure Terseo’s ambition to be a fully digital enterprise, to ensure lean and scalable operation throughout our Canadian market.

Justin’s distinctive background in AI and human-centered design ensures data-driven solutions remain intuitive and accessible, effectively bridging emerging technologies with strategic organizational goals.

He is dedicated to leveraging AI and data innovation to accelerate the global transition toward sustainable energy, reshaping how enterprises and communities engage with renewable resources.
